What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the software, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A return of the product will result in your software reverting back to trial mode immediately.
What types of books and wall art can I design?
The Fundy Suite was created for professional wedding and portrait photographers. For books, it can be used to design flush mount albums, lay-flat photo and press albums and books, signing books, custom mat albums and more. For wall art, Fundy Designer is pre-loaded with canvas wraps, prints, framed prints, metal prints and acrylic prints. All major labs and their sizes are included. Using generic standard sizes or generic metric sizes you can design for any lab in the world. Additionally custom sizes are just a click away.
What labs and album companies do you support?
We work closely with and support more than 150 labs throughout the world. Additionally you can create any custom size for both books and wall art.
What album companies and labs can I order direct from Fundy Designer?
We currently have nine labs that support direct ordering from Fundy Designer in the United States. These labs are GraphiStudio, Loxley Colour (UK Only), Bay Photo, Design Aglow, Finao Albums, Lush Albums, Miller’s Professional Imaging and Renaissance Albums. Currently we have sizes for more than 150 album companies and labs listed in Fundy Designer for Design and Export. What resolution and DPI do you recommend?
For more than 150 labs and album companies we have all DPI, bleed and cut line information pre-loaded. So you don’t need to worry about a thing. For custom sizes you can load the preferred DPI of your lab. Most labs recommend 250 or 300 DPI for printing.
