How It Works (Step-by-Step)
Getting started with the Design Proofer is easy:
1. Create a New Proof
Click the Proofing icon and create a new proof.
You can:
- Add your logo
- Customize colors to match your brand
- Choose what designs to include (albums, wall art, cards)
- Pick album spreads and/or images to feature on the proofer cover screen

2. Include a Slideshow (Optional but Powerful)
Select which designs you want in the slideshow — albums, wall art, title slides, etc.
Choose the music, set the order, and make it a beautiful, emotional experience for your clients.
3. Set Up Client Emails
The system will walk you through setting up:
- A personalized announcement email inviting clients to proof their designs
- A reminder email you can send automatically — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — to gently nudge clients who haven’t finished yet
You can even add an external gallery link (like Pic-Time, ShootProof, or Pixieset) so clients can reference all the original images while proofing.
4. Upload and Automate
Once you’re ready, upload the proof.
