The new Design Proofer is a game changer for not only album sales, but for wall art and cards as well. There are so many wedding photographers who don’t offer wall art collections or cards because they don’t have an elegant way to show their clients. The new design proofer solves that problem. And then you throw in an online slideshow with their designs built in, and it’s game over, sale done! Brides and grooms will eat up their albums, wall art and cards. Setting the designs to music really helps them reconnect all the emotion of the event(s) and fall even more in love with their images in your designs.

If you are a photographer that doesn’t do in-person design consultations (or over Zoom), the new proofer gives you the ability to design big albums, matching wall art collections and thank you or save-the-date cards and show them off all in one place.
Most likely, you are already designing albums. If you take a few more minutes to design wall collages and cards, then with the new proofer, you’ll be able to add those in just a few clicks alongside the album design and share it all with one easy link.
You’ll sell more without having to re-tool your business.
If you do in-person sales (actually in-person or over zoom), you could try my technique. Anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days before a client’s consultation, I send them a proofing link so they can start falling in love with the designs I’ve created. Don’t send them the link too far in advance as they’ll start picking the designs apart. If you time it just right, they’ll fall in love with the designs and your design consultation will take less time and be more profitable.
Use the Proofer as Order Confirmation
One of the dangers of selling designed products is getting the printed products back and the clients say, “no, that’s not what we wanted.” This can be a costly problem. The Design Proofer can be that agreement confirmation as to exactly what is being printed. So, even if you are doing IPS, upload the final design that the clients paid for to proofer so there is a visual record of what was ordered.
I know we use this phrase too often in society today, but this new proofer really is a game-changer! It’s the only way to show your clients big-ticket items online and have them fall in love with them. Just add in the personal connection that you have with the clients to close the sale and your revenues will be through the roof. I’m super excited to make this part of my business.
